Lorraine was appointed to the Board on 10 August 2017.  Lorraine runs a board advisory practice and is also a non-executive director of PHSC plc, an AIM listed company, for which she chairs the audit committee.  She has held senior governance roles at a number of blue chip companies, including Standard Chartered plc and Brambles Industries plc.  She ran her own company secretarial and corporate governance advisory practice for 13 years, which in 2016 she merged with the co sec team at Shakespeare Martineau, where she was a partner.
